Jose Burgos, MD, MPH earned his M.D. degree at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and a Master’s in Public Health at the School of Public Health at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and San Diego State University through the UCSD-SDSU-UABC TIES exchanges funded by the United States Agency for International Development.
